Used scissors to score 3 diagonal slashes, but it split down the middle the long way as well…
Maybe I had it upside down, as I got confused during the final shaping. The result is pretty great though! Good crumb, decent rise, nice flavor. But one major issue was the parchment paper I used was a new kind, and it stuck terribly! I managed to get it mostly off using a damp brush to soak the paper but we’ll likely eat some paper…
