Repurposed bike rack as tire carrier

Gizmo says: My human Bill cleverly repurposed a cheap bike rack from Craigslist to hold my spare tire so that the place where little tiny tire that I came with goes can be reused for more storage inside. Also new protective light covers for my taillights!
