Aurora borealis last night was detectible (can’t really say “visible”) as far south as the San Francisco Bay area.
Albany turkeys
Having dinner the other day on Solano Ave in Albany, California, saw a few turkeys that were a couple days late for the annual Solano Stroll.
East Bay Regional Parks Botanic Garden in Tilden Park
One of my favorite local attractions is the Regional Parks Botanic Garden in Tilden Park above Berkeley. It features native plants from all around California.

Flower Piano at Night 2019
At the San Francisco Botanical Garden, they have an annual event called Flower Piano, where a dozen or so pianos are placed throughout the garden, and people can play them. On a few of the nights, such as tonight, they have professional musicians scheduled to perform. Rosa and I had a lovely time there.
