Vintage Computer Festival 2004 (7.0) Pictures

This past weekend I attended the Vintage Computer Festival 7.0, held at the Computer History Museum here in Mountain View, CA. I was there as part of the Fresno Commodore User Group, the last remaining Commodore User Group in California. We had a bunch of Commodore equipment, past and present, on display (inlcuding the new C64 DTV Joystick). Here are my pictures from the event:

  1. That Jeri looks pretty slim there as she demonstrates the C64 DTV joystick, it could be the salad she’s eating (on the 1084 monitor) or it could be the ass-kicking she gets playing pinball.

  3. Jeri is brilliant, young, attractive, and soon to be rich! (I hope for her!) She’s bound to attract all kinds of attention. – A great follow up would be to sell a kit (with all the connectors and how-to’s) to make “hacking” the unit easy and neat. Maybe…. USB so we can hook up a standard flash drive and run D64’s (or even PRG of P00’s). I intend to modify mine, I’ve still got the old X1541 cable I made and 1541 drive I used to transfer all my stuff tp my PC (years ago). Hopefully, my drive will still be in working order. – Anyway, CHEERS! to Jeri! She’s given *this* old Commodore user a real treat!
